Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
